The service I offer is simple, I do what needs to be done, to obtain the desired result by using scientific and proven methods of training, dieting and supplementation. I keep my clients up to date with weekly tips and news/research from the fitness, health and wellness industry. No hype, just results. If you want the best sport specific training, for you or your child, general health and wellbeing, or to get into the absolute best condition possible, Ive got the plan for you. My workouts and diets are unique and structured around each client. I've decided to bring the Personal aspect back to a service that has become quite impersonal. All this in the comfort of your own home.

Included with the total package is free monthly body composition testing, assessments and diets, tips and the latest news and relevant articles in the fitness industry.

I also offer a highly comprehensive service for people outside my direct area of contact. I will send you weekly diets, tips, tricks, info, news and relevant material along with weekly workouts and detailed descriptions, with constant telephonic or email support so you're never alone!

  • How it works...

    I come to your home, after meeting you in a public place such as a coffee shop of a cup of java, then after giving you a run down of what I do in person, it's up to you to then agree, once this happens, I travel to your home 3x (or more) a week and train you in a suitable space, such as a patio, spare room, or lounge. My training includes the best exercises from the best training styles in the world, from weight resistance, to cardio, to plyometric training and passive gentle exercise- all in the name of progression, fitness and fun! What's the point in training if you don't enjoy it?

    In respect to my international clients, once a year I'm giving away a trip to SA to train and holiday in one of the most beautiful countries on the planet. Each person has their workouts and diets completely individualized for them, to get the results they want! And at the end of your 12 week cycle, you take photo's to show off your new body, they are then mailed to me in accordance with the contest rules etc(Which will be sent to you) I will then decide on a winner, based on a few categories, such as best result to goal( IE did the contestant reach or surpass the goal set by them/me at the start? Best overall transformation (who has lost the most body fat, gained the most muscle, gained the best shape etc), overall package(How does the contestant feel? do they live the lifestyle? and have they made a commitment to maintain their condition and lifestyle after the 12 week transformation?) A complete introduction to training and diet, from the very basics, to the most cutting edge and scientific studies into everything health, fitness and wellness. Each month I will send you a study guide so you understand what I'm doing and what everything in the big world of fitness means, and to enrich and further your own training even if you feel you are an experienced trainer yourself. This is an absolutely unbelievable guide that I have seen make Personal Trainers out of clients! They describe it as 'turning on a light to the industry in a whole', some went on to study sport science themselves! All through the start they got with my easy to use, layman's terms study guide. The guide makes sure you never need another trainer after you've finished you're sessions with me, and finished the guide, all the while understanding how to keep furthering yourself!

I have Competed Provincially and Nationally for KZN as a bodybuilder. In 04 at the KZN Champs I placed 2nd, in 05 I won the provincial champs and in 06 I placed 2nd, was selected to represent KZN at the South African Champs and placed in the top 6.

I studied Personal training and Qualified from the ETA (Exercise Teachers Academy) in 2003.

TRAINING AND WHAT IT'S DONE FOR ME
Society misleads us into thinking that in order to look and feel great we need to diet and eat as little as possible. As a result of all the incorrect information swirling in peoples minds we hear about people that stick to ridiculous eating plans and as soon as real life takes over they are heavier than when they first started.  With being exposed to all this negative information i decided to start my journey not knowing much about anything!
My name is Mel Campbell.  I am 26yrs old and have been training with Clayton The Mobile Personal Trainer for 2.5 yrs.  I had never weight lifted before in my life so I was very aprehensive to start.  The first two weeks was really a challenge as I was beginning to understand the basics as you would in any new form of exercise.  Clayton was very encouraging as well as motivating in ensuring that each workout would get easier as i became more familiar with the correct posture and individual exercises for each muscle group.  
Incorporating a strict diet as well as an exercise programme, provided for me by Clayton, I have seen promising results and reached goals which i had never dreamed of.  With training and feeling great it has motivated me to improve all areas in my life at work and at home.  Clayton has truely been a pillar of strength and has encouraged me all the way with my future goals in taking my body to the next level in becoming a figure model.  He has not only been my personal trainer but a very good friend.  I know that I could contact him at any time which I usually do whether it be in the supermarket asking which  brands are better or on my cheat day once a week cause i'm feeling so guilty.
Having a Mobile Personal Trainer has really been a wonderful journey in learning about myself and my body.  With the power of the mind and with an awesome trainer like Clayton there are no limitations.
